As many of you have heard, Tekto Knives is about to throw in the biggest knife upgrade in our history. Since our launch back in 2017, we’ve been working relentlessly to push new designs and innovations in knives than anyone ever could’ve imagined. Some of our knives have had a profound impact on people’s lives, both at home and in harsh conditions. From the gorgeous Amber to the rugged Foxtrot, we’ve been able to bring you high-quality knives at a price that was thought impossible. And today we’re launching .. not one, not two .. but X new tactical knives that will change the way you and I see knives in our lives. But before we raise the curtain on these new tactical knives, here’s a quick word from the Founder and CEO.

It’s only fitting that we present to you the knives that have thrilled thousands of people across the world and have drawn you to us. We could have kept these knives as it is. Instead, we reimagined and reinforced more strength, durability, and brought unmatched sharpness to these iconic knives.
It’s only fitting that we start with the knife that’s changed the way we knew EDC knives. Take a look at the Rapid now and you’ll see we have completely redone this knife from tip to bottom. It’s 40% lighter while the new blade is now stronger, sharper with higher edge retention. While we kept the popular dimensions of the blade intact, we changed the steel from 440C to the more robust D2 with higher wear and rust resistance, and hardness.
And it’s not just the Rapid. We have upgraded a host of other popular automatic knives. If you’re an existing customer, you're probably familiar with all of these OTFs:

- Swift
- Mirage
- Rapid
Again, we used the same superior D2 steel for all these knives to replace 440C. D2 has a higher resistance to corrosion and outperforms 440C with greater wear resistance and edge retention. This keeps the knife edge savage sharp even after the most brutal torture tests. We also upgraded the knife handles with new aerospace-grade aluminum, making the knife 40-50% lighter. Everything has been redone, from the buttons, the double-spring firing mechanism all the way to the last screw. The good stuff has been replaced with better.

We’re also launching 2 brand new numbers - the Slit and the Skar. We’ve been developing these knives for the last 18 months, and finally, you can get your hands on them.
The Skar features a new slick and blacked-out aerospace handle and boasts a double-edge tanto dagger with a straight and serrated side. This beast is built for function and longevity.
The Slit is technically one of our first-gen knives. Even though we kept the name for the sake of nostalgia, this is a reborn star and redefines what a knife can do. The is an uncompromised knife with a new purpose, design, blade, and mechanics. It features a new razor-sharp savage blade, army-grade aluminum handle, nano screws, and redesigned push button. The D2 blade and innovative double-springed sliding mechanism make this a perfect outdoor knife.
So this season, you have an unbelievable lineup of knives starting at just $89. Yes, we could’ve upgraded the prices too but as always we try not to.
